Any person accessing and/or using any PDC site, by virtue of such access and/or use indicates his or her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Where a Standard Information Sharing Agreement (SISA) exists between a user and PDC, the terms of that SISA are paramount with respect to the information referred to in the SISA.

PDC reserves the right to disable any such unauthorized links. PDC has no responsibility or liability for any material that may contain links to any Site.
PDC is not liable for any damages suffered by any user (i) accessing the site, whether such access is authorized or unauthorized, (ii) attempting to access the site, (iii) unable to access the site, or (iv) due to any breach of security associated with the transmission of information through the internet, even if PDC was advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal laws without regard to conflicts of law principles. The user agrees that any and all proceedings relating to this Site and the subject matter contained herein will be maintained in the courts of the State of California or the Federal District Courts sitting in California, which courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for such purpose.
PDC reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. PDC will post these Terms and Conditions, as they exist from time to time, on the site. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately upon such posting.
